Micky Driessen

Micky Driessen is an Electrical Engineering student currently going for his masters in the field of Control Systems Engineering at the Technical University of Eindhoven (TU/e). He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the TU/e in 2016 and finished his master’s internship at the TU/e. During the internship he developed a software package for use with Matlab and Simulink for solving quadratic optimization problems with applications to Model Predictive Control.

Currently he is working on his thesis on the subject of automating commissioning and maintenance of model based controllers for distillation columns where the models will be developed based on physical insights.
